Perform monthly improvisation of the system through continuous R&D. Prepare test data, test scripts and test coded programs thoroughly to validate completeness and accuracy. Assist in installation and deployment of system in house and other offices. Provide technical & operational support to internal users. Prepare documentation and manual for newly added function into the system. Support PC, Network, Wireless, Printer and VPN as when necessary. Update and improvise existing programs.
